We use a fold-up satellite dish like the one above when traveling.  Last year, one of the tabs on the slide that positions the dish broke off.  It still works, but it needs to be replaced.
I was able to locate a parts diagram and a part number for what I need, and called Winegard to order the part.  After being forwarded to the right department, I got a recording saying all agents were helping other customers, and to leave a name and number for a call back.
I did, but so far they haven't.  So I'm trying to decide how long to wait before I call again.
