I had just logged on this morning when our DSL service went down. Picked up the phone to report it and didn't have a dial tone. I used my cell phone to call it in, and it took so long that I almost ran out of battery, but I finally got a service call entered. They say that they will have us back up by February 4th!
Meanwhile, I bought the minimum time available on our ATT wireless hotspot that we use when traveling. That's how I'm posting this, but we will be keeping everything to a minimum.
