I may have mentioned before that we have a new neighbor (since December) who is only around about half of the time. He works in Africa, and has a 28 day on / 28 day off schedule, so we only see him every other month.
He stopped by yesterday to say he was leaving again, and asked me if I would feed his goats while he is gone.
I don't mind doing it, but I wonder why he bought them in the first place without knowing he had someone lined up to take care of them, and I wonder what it is about me that made him think that I would.
