When I went to the store the other day, I was looking for something different - something to add a little variety to our diet. They had a bin of really nice looking purple cabbage, so I bought one.
We cooked it tonight and I'll have to admit I was disappointed.
It dyed the serving bowls blue, and it was almost tasteless.
I may check recipes, but I probably won't be buying it again.
