No, I'm not really a member of the Grammar Police, but I do enjoy the occasional faux pas.
This is from a story on KHOU 11's Facebook page this morning. I can only assume that they were using some sort of voice-to-text application. Nobody who speaks, much less writes, English could have made this mistake.
The story was about a two-year-old girl who was found safe after hours of being lost in the woods.
Here's the direct quote:
"Results could have been traffic."
