Question of the Day

Today is International Women’s Day.

According to their own website (Here) the day is a much bigger deal in the United Kingdom than in the USA.

That leads to my Women’s Day question –

As of last month, Elizabeth II has been their monarch for sixty-one years, so why isn’t it the United Queendom?

  1. It's bad enough when we change from a female monarch to a male monarch and back. Every time that happens every military/police crest, cap badge, coat of arms, letterhead... has to be changed due to a difference in the design between the king's crown and the queen's crown.
